Mask jig is effective for masking products with
complicated configurations for multi-color coating
process. Electroformed masks will retain shape and
accurate fit and manufacture higher quality products
that will provide consistent coating-control.

Electroforming is like Plating. Plating is around
0.1 mm thick and is for protecting or for better appearance. Electroforming is plating the Nickel to
3 to 4 mm then demold it and use the outer
Nickel shell as a tooling.
